Our standard delivery timeline is up to 7 business days across India, subject to the delivery location and courier service availability.

6. Delivery Delays

If a returned shipment needs to be re-shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

If the package appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend taking photographs or video of the package and contacting Rugged Phones as soon as possible.

10. Delivery to Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote, rural, difficult-to-service, or restricted PIN codes may require additional time depending on courier availability.

In such cases, the estimated delivery period may be extended.

11. International Shipping

At present, our standard shipping service is intended for deliveries within India. International shipping is not currently guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Rugged Phones before the order is placed.
